Since Huijin cement rotary kiln burner was used in Dafang Yonggui Building Material Co., Ltd., has reduced the usage of ammonia by 46%, saved electricity by 15%-35%, reduced the standard coal consumption for per ton of clinker by 2kg, and increased the 3-days clinker strength by 1MPa. The clinker output was greatly improved, and the estimated cost-saving is about 2.42 million CNY(calculated based on 300 days a year).
