Since Huijin cement rotary kiln burner was used in 2500t/d production line of Yongzhou Jiuyi Jiaoyang Cement Co., Ltd., its remarkable energy-saving, consumption-reducing and productivity-increasing effects have been well received by customers. The ammonia dosage is reduced by 5t/d, the cement 3-day clinker strength is increased by 1.5kPa, the cement clinker 28-day strength is increased by 1kPa, and the standard coal consumption of per ton of clinker is reduced by 0.5kg/t.
