The status quo of denitration of cement kiln

Cement Precalciner is the important devices in the cement production,also the main part which the pollutants are produced. Hence, it is extremely important to optimize the performance of the precalcine and low NOx emission.
Rotary Kiln is the key technology of new dry process cement material buring equipment, is the main source of Nox emission of cement industry. The main ways of generation Nox when calcining cement clinker are: thermal-Nox, fuel-Nox, instant-Nox and raw meal-Nox, The fuel gas generated from rotary kiln, the Nox emission concentration is about 300-2200mg/m³(standard conditions)
At present, the commonly used Nox control technology mainly as follows: First one is optimize the combustion system of the kiln and calciner; Second, Change the ingredients scheme , mixed with mineralizer to reduce the temperature and time consume. Third, Using lower Nox burner, However, even if employ the above measures, cement kiln Nox emission is also difficult to less than 400mg/m³(standard conditions). Using selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) denitration process or selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration methodare more effective to reach the lower Nox emission concentration.
