Ammonia-free Denitration Kiln Tail Sintering System technical transformation can reduce the ammonia water consumption by more than 60%. The NOX emission can be dramatically reduced to become environment compliant while minimize use of ammonium,urea and catalyst., meanwhile optimising clinker output and energy efficiency.
Technical Principle

1 High-strength reduction denitration of decomposing furnace Huijin ammonia-free denitration kiln tail sintering system is free of air separation and coal separation process. On the one hand, NOx is reduced and extruded during combustion process. On the other hand, the decomposition rate and temperature of the materials fed into the kiln can be increased without crusting thus to develop high-strength reduction combustion control technology of decomposing furnace.

2 Optimized control of coal used at kiln head and taill The ammonia-free denitration kiln tail sintering system adjusts the appropriate head and tail coal consumption ratio by appropriately reducing the coal consumption at the kiln head; while increasing the coal consumption ratio of decomposing furnace.

Transformation solution

1 Moving the kiln tail burner to lower position, leaving sufficient reduction space and make coal burn in anoxic condition.

2 Optimizing the SNCR system and changing the position of the atomizing gun, and installing Huijn patented atomizing gun to improve the utilization rate of ammonia water, ensuring the best denitration effect.

3 Changing the C3 single-tube blanking to dual-tube blanking. The newly added C3 discharge pipe was installed on the appropriate position of the calciner cone and the upper part of the kiln tail burner, prevent crusting formation.

4 The tertiary air pipe is raised and moved to the proper position of calciner straight section, to extend distance and gurantee enough reduction reaction space.
